Accountable for ensuring L&D contributes and influences, improves performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level. You will also have the commercial responsibility to align learning needs with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the business. Influencing key stakeholders, making decisions and recommendations on what the business can / should do in an L&D context. You are also likely to lead on any L&D-related elements of business projects and often have expertise and competence in a specific field whether it be technical, vocational. You will link the work to the context and strategic priorities of the business and measure the outcomes and impact of any learning interventions, to demonstrate a return on investment/expectation.

Overview

The level 5 Learning and Development Apprenticeship offers enhancement to the knowledge and skills of existing L&D Managers/ Advisors and those who do not already hold a formal L&D qualification.

Between 18 – 24 months

 

Location

Face to face workshops within your local area, with some elements potentially ran from local colleges

 

Cost

Learners in England – Cost covered via Apprenticeship Levy

Learners in Scotland and Wales – £7000* per learner

*Directly payable by the department/ brand/ business
