Identifying learning / training needs, designing / sourcing training and learning solutions, delivering and evaluating training, and working with stakeholder’s / business managers. You will typically have expertise and competence in a specific field whether it be technical or vocational. Learning and Development specialists have in-depth expertise in a specific areas of L&D such as learning design, e-learning or digital / blended learning. Whichever of these is an area of focus; the L&D Practitioner is future focused, understands the business context / culture and has a good grounding across the whole training and learning cycles.

Overview

The level 3 Apprenticeship in Learning and Development will build your understanding of the technical expertise around blended learning, digital, learning cycles and how to measure impact. How to identify learning and training needs, design and create learning with a variety of needs and how to interact and facilitate workshops/ sessions and effectively evaluate.

Between 18 – 24 months

 

Location

Face to face workshops within your local area, with some elements potentially ran from local colleges

 

Cost

Learners in England – Cost covered via Apprenticeship Levy

Learners in Scotland and Wales – £6000* per learner

*Directly payable by the department/ brand/ business
